The Annual Conference of the Swiss Association of Communication and Media Research (SACM) was taking place on 17-19 April 2024 at the University of Neuchâtel. The SACM conference, organized by the Academy of Journalism and Media (University of Neuchâtel), is destined to communication and media researchers and practitioners.

Anna Jobin, Senior Researcher and Lecturer at the University of Fribourg, Affiliated Researcher at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) in Berlin and also president of the extra-parliamentary Swiss Federal Media Commission, was holding a keynote entitled “When Media Comes to Matter” on Friday 19 April.
