Roland Keller

Short Biography

Roland Keller is head of Innovation Culture at Swiss Post. He has been gaining experience in innovation management and drives digital transformation for over 15 years. Before he joined Swiss Post in 2007, he worked as an innovation manager for Siemens Mobile in Munich. He has a long track record in Intrapreneurship, Business Incubation, Corporate Foresight and Agile Management. Roland Keller helds an EMBA in Creative Leadership from Steinbeis University and a Diploma in Design from Kunsthochschule Berlin. He expanded his expertise in courses with Henry Chesbrough, Alexander Osterwalder, Eric Ries and others. He collected several years of professional experience in Germany, USA and South Korea.
