Course "UX and Ergonomics"

Date

November 23rd, 2018 (morning)

Description

In this course, user experience (UX), usability and accessibility are presented and discussed as three key concepts in the design and evaluation of technical systems. The important meaning of these concepts for organisations will be demonstrated by providing a wide range of examples. It will also be shown how they are linked to the wider field of ergonomics. Practical exercises and group discussion will be used to relate the course content to the personal experience of the course participants. The course participants will also gain some understanding of the significance of human-machine interaction, with a view of improving it for the benefit of the organisation.
